We are feeling rather chuffed today because Bowel Research UK and our digital creative agency Bladonmore scooped awards in all of the four categories we entered (three golds and a silver, no less!) at the prestigious Lens Awards on Thursday 2nd February, which celebrates excellence in visual communications.
Our tally of awards included the ‘Best video targeted to a general audience’ and ‘Best use of video from a charity, NGO or NFP’ categories.
Our Interim CEO Lynn Dunne says: “We are delighted that our #auguts #HaveYouGotTheGuts campaign to help people get over embarrassment talking about their bowels made such an impression.
“Naturally, we have to thank the creative talents of Richard Carpenter and his fantastic team at Bladonmore, but also to all the brave patients who kindly volunteered to tell their stories on video that formed the heart of our campaign.
“We are also grateful to each and every member of the public who shared their personal stories with us last August. We have already started work on our new #Auguts campaign for 2023.”
