Join Team Bowel Research UK at the Run Bournemouth Supersonic 10K
Taking place on Sunday 13th October, the Supersonic 10K is a fantastic flat and fast course, making it an excellent race for setting a fast time. This 10K event is a great step up for those who’ve previously completed a 5K and are after a new challenge but are not quite ready for the half marathon.
