My beautiful wife Joanne was diagnosed with bowel cancer in March this year. Sadly, Joanne lost her brave battle against the illness and passed away peacefully, at home on 30th July 2023. nAs you may imagine, this has had a devastating impact on our lives, especially our two young sons Teddy & Lennon.nJoanne was a wonderful wife, the most amazing mother and touched the hearts of all whom met her. She was kind and genuinely cared for everyone. She will be forever missed by her loving family and friends.nI'll be raising money to support Bowel Research UK by taking on various challenges throughout the coming months, including my participation in the 2024 London Marathon and the 2024 RideLondon 100 mile cycle.nMy sister, Kirsty Mortimer will be running the marathon with me.nnEvery step, every mile is for her.
