Other Bowel Disorders

Living with a bowel condition can be very difficult. For many years bowels have been a taboo subject which means that when you’ve got symptoms it can be hard to share these for fear of being stigmatised.

We understand that living with a bowel condition, particularly if you’ve not yet been diagnosed, can be worrying, embarrassing, painful and even frightening. So we’ve listed here some of the main conditions seen in clinics up and down the country.

This information is not a substitute for medical advice, and if you are concerned about your health, you should always consult your GP.
